 Excellent Trimmer December 31, 2008
I bought this grooming kit/trimmer from Comet - it was on for 20 and I have to say I was impressed!
The box it came in was impressive and the product was well packaged inside as well. The trimmer itself is well built, durable and to be honest pretty damn good. With this trimmer you get:
1 x Shaver (cordless),
1 x Wide Trimmer,
1 x Narrow Trimmer,
1 x Shaver Attachment,
1 x Fine Trimmer (Nose/Eyebrow),
1 x Comb,
1 x Cleaning Brush,
1 x Oil Bottle,
2 x Attachment Combs (these double up so there are 4 sizes in total - 3mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm),
1 x Charging cradle (doubles up as a place to store all the attachments).
Each of the trimmers fit on easily by twisting on/off the attachment (which comes in handy when cleaning the product after a shave) and the shaver itself is awesome - did the job for me.
Some other notes....
(1) You probably can't use this if you want to shave your whole head - would recommend purchasing some proper hair clippers for that - but is awesome for trimming all over and doing the detailed styling such as the stubble look.
(2) With regards to others who have mentioned the attachment combs - I think it is adequate. There are 2 attachment combs, which has two sides to it so effectively you are getting 4 combs (sizes mentioned previously). If you want more attachment combs then again I would recommend a proper hair clipper.
(3) Comparing this to other trimmers on the market (and against the other 2 I bought in the past) I think this is by far the best and quite simply would recommend this to all :)

Badly designed, can't buy any other sized comb attachments, and doesn't cut very well. The only good thing going for it, is it doesn't have a cord to get in the way while cutting your hair.

This is nice all-in-one kit. It has normal 3-pin power plug so can be used anywhere.

I bought this persoanl groomer few weeks back. It has good finish, packaging is very nice and overall product is very usefull. However only 2 comb attachment is not good enough, they should have provided few more combs for more hair length sizes

I hesitated over buying this product because there were no reviews, but the reviews of all the similar products I looked at weren't that great, so I bought it. Just the box it comes in speaks of quality. The unit itself looks very sturdy and is really powerfull. The plastic accessory tray is decent quality with rubber feet and everything fits neatly in place keeping it nice and tidy. You can use the unit cordlessly or plugged into the mains. The various heads fit securely to the power unit and simply twist off to clean under water. The largest head is only 30ml across so if you want to shave your whole head every day it probably isn't for you (although it probably would cope), but it will trim or remove hair from any other part of your body effortlessly and painlessly with no snagging or pulling. I highly recommend this product.
